Otávio Ribeiro Lima Mazieiro
Otávio Ribeiro Lima Mazieiro is an attorney specializing in conflict resolution, particularly in sanctioning law. He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2015) and holds a Master’s degree in Direito do Estado na Universidade de São Paulo (2024), with a dissertation focusing on the efficiency and overload of the Brazilian sanctioning system. He is also a Specialist in Civil Procedural Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2017) and holds a Postgraduate degree in Administrative Law from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2021).
Otávio actively participates in academic extension programs at renowned institutions, including USP, UNB, FGV, and INSPER, focusing on administrative misconduct, leniency agreements, negotiation strategies, and economic law. He is a member of the Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo (IASP) and the Instituto de Defesa do Direito de Defesa (IDDD). In addition to his professional practice, Otávio is the author of articles published in books and specialized legal journals.

Tiago Sousa Rocha is a lawyer graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. He is a postgraduate student in Economic Criminal Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas and a postgraduate degree in Economic Criminal Law at the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences/University of Coimbra. Member of the Institute for the Defense of Law – IDDD, and of the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences – IBBCRIM. He was a member of the Economic Criminal Law commission of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo chapter (2014/2015).

Bruno Lescher Facciolla is a lawyer, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo – USP and graduating in Social Sciences from the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Human Sciences of the University of São Paulo.
