Pierpaolo Cruz Bottini

Pierpaolo Cruz Bottini is a full professor at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminology and Forensic Medicine at the USP Law School. Master and PhD from the University of São Paulo. He was in charge of the Department of Judiciary Reform of the Ministry of Justice (2005-2007) and of the Department of Judicial Modernization of the same body (2003-2005). He was an effective member of the National Council for Criminal and Penitentiary Policy and of the Commission of Jurists established in the Chamber of Deputies to review the drug law (2019). He is Coordinator of the Observatory of Press Freedom of the Federal Council of the OAB (2019). He was a member of the panel of the contest for substituted federal judge (TRF 3rd Region). Author of books in the area of criminal law such as “Lavagem B edition Dinheiro” (with Gustavo Henrique B de Dinheiro, São Paulo, RT, 2022), “Crimes of abstract danger and the principle of risk society” (2nd edition, São Paulo, RTRT), 2008) and coordinated the works “Reform of the Judiciary” New execution of “ea” titles. He is the author of articles and publications in specialized journals in the area of criminal law.

Igor Sant’Anna Tamasauskas

Igor Sant’Anna Tamasauskas is a lawyer graduated from the Law School of the University of São Paulo – USP, and holds a master’s and doctorate in State Law from the same university. Winner of the CAPES Thesis Award in 2021. Member of the Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo. Administrative Inspector (2002/2003) and Attorney General (2003/2005), both from the Municipality of São Carlos, and Deputy Deputy Chief for Legal Affairs of the Civil House of the Presidency of the Republic (2005/2007). Author of the books “Political Corruption” (RT, 2019) and “Acorruption Leniency Agreement” (Appris, 2021).

Stephanie Passos Guimarães Barani

Stephanie Passos Guimarães Barani is a lawyer, graduated from the São Paulo Law School – Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Master’s student in Economic Criminal Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Otávio Ribeiro Lima Mazieiro

Otávio Ribeiro Lima Mazieiro is a lawyer graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. Specialist in Civil Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. He took an extension course on bidding and administrative contracts promoted by the Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo and Fundação Arcadas and participated in studies on the Law of Administrative Improbity promoted by Fundação Arcadas – USP. He studied negotiation techniques for lawyers at Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Postgraduate student in Administrative Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Master’s student in State Law at the University of São Paulo – USP. He is a member of the Institute for the Defense of the Right to Defense – IDDD, and a member of the New Lawyers Commission of the Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo – CNA / IASP.

Tiago Souza Rocha

Tiago Sousa Rocha is a lawyer graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. He is a postgraduate student in Economic Criminal Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas and a postgraduate degree in Economic Criminal Law at the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences/University of Coimbra. Member of the Institute for the Defense of Law – IDDD, and of the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences – IBBCRIM. He was a member of the Economic Criminal Law commission of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo chapter (2014/2015).

Bruno Lescher Facciolla

Bruno Lescher Facciolla is a lawyer, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo – USP and graduating in Social Sciences from the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Human Sciences of the University of São Paulo.

Beatriz Canotilho Logarezzi

Beatriz Canotilho Logarezzi is a lawyer, graduated from the State University of São Paulo Julio de Mesquita Filho – UNESP. She currently participates in a group of advanced studies in Civil Procedural Law promoted by Foundation Arcadas – USP.

Davi Lafer Szuvarcfuter

Davi Lafer Szuvarcfuter is a lawyer graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Specialist in Economic Criminal Law, by the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCRIM) and Institute of Economic and European Criminal Law (IDPEE) at the University of Coimbra. Postgraduate in Economic Criminal Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV. Graduating in Philosophy at the University of São Paulo. Advisor to the 3rd Court of Ethics and Discipline of the Brazilian Bar Association/SP.

Thiago Wender Silva Ferreira

Thiago Wender Silva Ferreira is a lawyer graduated at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, Specialist in Criminal Law and Criminology at the Instituto de Criminologia e Política Criminal (ICPC) and Master’s candidate in Political and Economic Law at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Also, Thiago is a member of the Instituto Brasileiro de Ciências Criminais (IBCCrim) and the Associação Brasileira de Juristas pela Democracia (ABJD).

Amanda Pfeifer Gutierrez

Amanda Pfeifer Gutierrez is a lawyer graduated from Centro Universitário de Brasília – UNICEUB and studying postgraduate degree in Public Law with enphasis on administrative, constitucional and tax law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul – PUCRS.

Natasha Hohlenwerger Ferreira dos Santos

Natasha Hohlenwerger Ferreira dos Santos is a lawyer, graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. Master’s student in Economic Criminal Law at Faculdade Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo, Postgraduate degree in Criminal Law at the State University of Rio de Janeiro and Postgraduate degree in Criminal Sciences at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. She is a member of the Criminal Procedure Commission of the Rio de Janeiro Bar Association and of the Criminal Legislative Policy Department of the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCRIM). He took courses on Money Laundering, promoted by Drops of Knowledge, and Defensive Criminal Investigation, at the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCRIM).
